In a January 11, 2021 email sent to former Oval Operations coordinator Molly Michael, Mo Brooks recommended that Trump issue pardons for himself, Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz, and “every Congressman and Senator who voted to reject the electoral college vote submissions of Arizona and Pennsylvania.” A total of 147 Republicans voted to reject the electoral college vote submissions of Arizona and Pennsylvania.
Other: Dinesh D’Souza, who was convicted for election fraud in 2014, was pardoned by Trump in 2018. He has since released a debunked documentary, “2000 Mules,” alleging fraud helped Biden win the 2020 election.
