Three high ranking members of the Oath Keepers, a militaristic group spanning across the country, have either pled guilty or been convicted for seditious conspiracy for their involvement in planning the attack on the Capitol on January 6th. There are currently over 38,000 names on the Oath Keepers' membership list.
Eleven members of the Oath Keepers from across the country have been charged with Seditious Conspiracy among other crimes.

On Wednesday, May 4, 2022, Wilson Plead Guilty to Seditious Conspiracy and Obstruction of an Official Proceeding for his role in the events before and on January 6th.

Leader of North Carolina Chapter of the Proud Boys Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy and Assault Charges in January 6th Capitol Breach. Charles Donohoe pleaded guilty to conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting or impeding officers.
