When they filed the lawsuit against the U.S. government, Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio and Ranieri stated they saw this as "the beginning" and hoped others who participated in Jan-6 would follow.

“I do hope it creates a crack in the dam,” said Ranieri.

Ranieri is:

  • Self-described "enemy of the left" and Trump supporter

  • Election denier who served as Trump campaign observer in Pennsylvania during 2020

  • Host of alt-right leaning podcast "Oh No! It's the Ranieri Brothers!"

  • Has challenged voting machine legitimacy in Virginia elections

  • Regularly employs nationalist themes and provocative commentary in media

Alt-Right Podcast Host

Ranieri's podcast "Oh No! It's the Ranieri Brothers!" regularly features content that employs nationalist themes, mocks progressive culture, and dabbles in extremist ideology.

Episode 14: "Fifty Shades of Nationalism"

The episode discusses nationalism extensively, openly referencing Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini as figures who leveraged nationalist ideologies. They describe Hitler as being motivated primarily by revenge and characterize Mussolini as a pragmatic socialist who strategically blended policies with nationalist appeals.

"But a leftist would brand my particular views as nationalist. And so at least from the perspective of the enemy, the enemy, you know, I would be called a nationalist, whether I consider myself or no."

Season 2 Episode 12: "If Teachers Can't Hit Students, It's Not Real Education"

Ranieri argues that America's education system was designed by progressives using the "Prussian model" and makes explicit comparisons to Nazi methodology:

"Nazism was an attempt to achieve conservative ends using leftist means. The whole managerialism, the whole thing was extremely institutionally leftist in that way that leftists tend to do things, but turned towards these really radical, what we would describe as right goals..."
